Partners

The development of the D3 CAT Plan is being guided by representatives from regional and local agencies, as well as from community and bicycle and pedestrian advocacy groups. Through a series of meetings and workshops, these representatives and groups provide input and guidance on the bicycle and pedestrian needs and opportunities throughout the District. These will further the goal of strengthening partnerships between agencies, communities, advocacy organizations, and community groups.
